STF Dry & Wet Grinder

Description:
The STF Grinder is developed for both dry and wet shredding of post-consumer plastics and is available in 2 different sizes and with any screen perforation between 8 and 50 mm.

Function:
The STF Grinder delivers a high and continuous capacity.

The wet grinder in the plastic recycling process – cutting and pre-cleaning:
By adding water, the shredding process in the wet grinder provides a combination of grinding and cleaning effects. During shredding, around 95% of the paper labels are resolved and dissolved in the water.

Interior:
– the complete interior is coated with wear-resistant Hardox material
– exchangeable wear plates
– exchangeable base plates for the stator plates

Feeding of the grinder through funnel, belts conveyor or feeding screw.
